Our 2025 Holiday Hours & Shipping Schedule

As we head into the holiday season, we’d like to extend our warmest wishes to you and your team. Thank you for your continued trust and partnership throughout the year. To help ensure a smooth end to 2025, please review our holiday hours and shipping deadlines below.

This schedule applies to our A.C. Americas® offices and warehouses in the U.S. and Canada.

Office & Warehouse Hours:

Closed (No Operations):

• December 25–26, 2025

• January 1–2, 2026

Early Closure (12:00 PM):

• December 24, 2025

• December 31, 2025

Open – Regular Business Hours:

• December 29–30, 2025

Shipping & Order Deadlines:

Standard Orders

• Orders must be submitted by 3:00 PM on:

  • Tuesday, December 23 (before Christmas 🎄)

  • Tuesday, December 30 (before New Year 🎉)

Final Shipping Days

• December 24 – Last shipping day before Christmas

• December 31 – Last shipping day before New Year

Rush Orders (Air & Ground)

• Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM on December 24 and December 31

• Carrier pickup by 12:00 PM on both days
